Terms of Service

Last updated: August 7, 2026

These terms govern your use of Fyrro — the tools Pinpoint and Studio, and the account and public review pages that come with them (together, the "Service"), operated by Beveled Edge AB, org. no. 559089-2559 (VAT no. SE559089255901), Fiskare Glans gata 5, 193 41 Sigtuna, Sweden ("Fyrro," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. What Fyrro is

Fyrro is a suite of small, focused tools for freelancers and small studios to run client work. Pinpoint lets you share a design or live page for pinned feedback and approval. Studio lets a client pick a color palette and font pairing and lock it in. Both work through a shareable link a client can open with no account of their own.

2. Accounts and plans

One account covers your whole Fyrro account — there's no separate purchase per tool. Plans are Free, Pro, and Agency; what each includes is listed on our pricing page and kept accurate there rather than restated here. We may change plan features or limits going forward, but not in a way that strips access you've already paid for during a billing period you've paid for.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and sign-in email secure, and for all activity under your account.

3. Billing

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of Pro, no card required. Upgrading to a paid Pro or Agency plan is self-serve through our payment processor, Stripe, and starts billing immediately at checkout — monthly or annual, your choice. You can switch plans, switch billing interval, update your payment method, or cancel your own subscription at any time through the billing portal linked from your account, without contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't refund the current billing period unless required by law.

4. Your content, and your clients' content

You keep ownership of everything you upload or capture through Fyrro — designs, screenshots, project names, and anything else. We don't claim any rights to it beyond what's needed to host it and show it to whoever you share your review link with.

When you invite a client to leave feedback or make a selection, you're the one sharing that link with them and asking them to enter their name, comments, or attachments. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to do that and for anything you tell your client about how their feedback will be used. See our Data Processing Agreement for how we handle that data on your behalf.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Fyrro to:

  • Upload or link to content you don't have the right to share, or that's illegal, infringing, or harmful.
  • Attempt to access another account or project you don't have permission to view.
  • Probe, scan, or attack the Service, or use the URL-capture feature to target internal or private network addresses.
  • Send spam or abusive content through comments, replies, or attachments.
  • Resell or white-label the Service itself (as opposed to the design work you deliver through it) without a separate agreement with us.

6. Availability and third parties

Fyrro depends on third-party infrastructure to work — hosting, a database, email delivery, and browser automation for capturing and exporting pages (see our Privacy Policy for the current list). We aim for the Service to be reliably available but don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and we're not responsible for outages caused by those third parties.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fyrro isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You can stop using Fyrro and ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email or an in-app notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use Fyrro after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
